Returns

Under the applicable rules, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from your purchase. You do not need to give a reason for the return (withdrawal).

Complete the FORM and send it with the returned product and the original receipt (or invoice) to:

• IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Most of our range consists of personal hygiene products and devices. We accept returns provided the original protective packaging has not been opened.
• Under the law, products supplied in sealed packaging cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened after delivery and the products are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
• The right to return applies only to Consumers. Under the law, legal entities and people running a business are not entitled to return products purchased for business purposes.
• Please include the original proof of purchase.
• Payments are refunded within 1 to 14 days of receipt of the return.
• We do not accept returns or parcels sent cash on delivery.
• You cover the cost of return shipping; this cost is not refunded.
