How to use the programme
After meals
Rinse with water to remove loose food. With Complete, use the water flosser around brackets and under the wire.
Morning and evening
Brush with an OrthoClean head. Clean above and below brackets, around wires and along the gumline separately.
After cleaning
Check in a mirror for any food or visible plaque left between parts of the appliance.
