How to use the programme
Before brushing
Apply a small amount of Smilesonic Sensitive toothpaste to the head and choose a gentle brushing mode.
Morning and evening
Move the head slowly over tooth surfaces and along the gumline. Avoid vigorous scrubbing and heavy pressure.
When using the water flosser
With Complete, start at low pressure. Direct the stream into the spaces between teeth and along the gumline in sequence.
